Thank you for shopping with Coastal Pilates Co.

While most of our products and services are available for in-studio purchase or use only,

we do offer limited shipping options for select Pilates equipment.

Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. General Shipping Information

  • We are located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

  • Shipping is only available for select equipment purchases and is not offered for apparel, accessories, or class-related products.

  • Availability of shipping will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated during the sales process.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or shipping location.

  • You will be notified by email once your item has shipped, including tracking details if available.

 

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Shipping charges will be disclosed prior to finalizing your purchase.

  • In some cases, freight shipping may be required for larger equipment and will be quoted separately.

 

5. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@coastalpilatesnsb.com or 386-846-6405

  • We may require photos of the damage and packaging for claims processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim if applicable.
