Thank you for shopping with Coastal Pilates Co.
While most of our products and services are available for in-studio purchase or use only,
we do offer limited shipping options for select Pilates equipment.
Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Shipping Information

We are located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Shipping is only available for select equipment purchases and is not offered for apparel, accessories, or class-related products.

Availability of shipping will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated during the sales process.
2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or shipping location.

You will be notified by email once your item has shipped, including tracking details if available.
4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping charges will be disclosed prior to finalizing your purchase.

In some cases, freight shipping may be required for larger equipment and will be quoted separately.
5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We may require photos of the damage and packaging for claims processing.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim if applicable.
