Community Connector • Pilates Enthusiast

 Hi Everyone!

 I’m fairly new to Pilates, but I’ve always loved group fitness and the sense of community it creates. Connecting with others who are on a similar health and wellness journey is truly inspiring to me.

 By day, I work as a Public Defender in Daytona Beach, having graduated from law school and passed the Bar in 2023. While my job can be fast-paced and challenging, stepping into Coastal Pilates instantly brings me a sense of peace, balance, and joy.  I have quickly become a Pilates addict and love joining you in class any chance I get.

 I’m excited to meet you, get to know your stories, and share in our mutual love of movement and connection!
