Hi there! I’m a newly certified Pilates instructor and proud new mom, passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement. My journey into Pilates began before my  pregnancy. I discovered just how transformative low-impact, core-focused movement could be—not only for physical strength but for mental clarity and emotional balance. Inspired by the way Pilates supported me through one of life’s biggest changes, I decided to take the leap and become an instructor myself. Now, I’m excited to guide others—especially those navigating transitions of their own—through classes that are intentional, accessible, and empowering. Whether you're rebuilding strength, rediscovering movement, or simply looking for a feel-good sweat, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
