Our intermediate reformer class continues to be one of the most popular and it’s no surprise.

Reform classes are reformer focused but we love adding in small props to spice things up 🔥
This is a one stop shop to fill body strength and mobility.

Level 2 is an intermediate level. While we always teach ways to build up to exercises, previous reformer Pilates experience is required to attend this class to ensure we can keep things moving along and safe.
